TYAC Named Funds application

TYAC Named Funds allow a young person with experience of cancer, or one of their family members, to set up a fund which will go directly toward research into teenage and young adult cancers.

Our Named Funds are flexible, you decide how you raise money and can do so at your own pace, along with the advice and support of our friendly fundraising team.

If you are setting up this TYAC Named Fund on behalf of a young person or their family, have you received consent? *

If you haven't received consent to set up a TYAC Named Fund, please have a sensitive conversation with the young person or family you would like to show your continued support to, and come back to us if they have decided that they are happy for you to raise awareness and funds in recognition of their journey.
