Incidence rates
The incidence rates (how often a cancer occurs) for the types of cancer teenagers and young adults get vary between males and females. Most of the statistics for this age group are collected for young people aged 15-24. Statistics for teenagers who are aged 14 and below are included with childhood cancer statistics.
