Nurse and young woman in consultation

Who we are

TYAC is the UK’s professional association for those involved in the treatment, care and support of teenagers and young adults with cancer. By providing information on best practice and new  developments, training and support to our members, and through funding and supporting research into teenage and young adult cancer, we aim to improve the quality of life and likelihood of survival for young people with cancer.

We TYAC is now part of Children's Cancer and Leukaemia Group (CCLG). This partnership has allowed TYAC to benefit from the infrastructure of CCLG to ensure a sustainable future. CCLG is a member of the Information Standard, Fundraising Regulator and Association of Medical Research Charities, and TYAC's activities in these areas will be governed by the standards set by membership of these organisations.
