A course for health and social care professionals
This innovative programme delivered completely on line has been developed in partnership with national and international charities (Teenage Cancer Trust UK, CanTeen, Australia) to meet the education needs of the many health care professionals working with TYA with Cancer, an emerging specialism in its own right both in the UK and across the world.
This part time course, which can be taken over 5 years, comprises 3 x 20 credit M level modules. It also addresses health and social care policy and professional practices. The third module (Inter- professional Work Based Learning or independent study) is student led and encourages engagement in a project linked to their own workplace or personal learning needs.
